Summary: Our family of four booked a family room here as an overnight break before continuing on to a ski resort, mainly based on a great price and its handy location. When we arrived, we were a little concerned as the place is not the 'normal' cheap hotel, but a fully fledged outdoor centre mainly catering for equestrian types, and we seemed to be the only people there. However our doubts were quickly dispelled as they unexpectedly managed to rustle up a lovely evening meal for us with no notice and the bedroom heaters soon made the place comfortable. With free WiFi and a reasonable continental breakfast we all left the next morning very satisfied with the start to our holiday.

Summary: Our stay was great. We travel a lot through Europe and with 3 children it's nice to stop overnight on the longer journeys. Our main 'want' with overnight stops is value. Le Centaure was good value for money. The room was very basic but clean. The furniture was dated but comfortable. We had a room with 3 double bunks. There was a pool on site which is great for the kids after a long day travelling. The toilets and showers were clean. All in all a very nice friendly place and we would stay there again. If you want home comforts then it's not for you but all in all a new experience and the children loved it!
