Positive: Large, clean, well outfitted and nicely decorated apartment! Good electric heater, fridge and appliances!
Negative: Toilet seat loose and would not stay up, could not shower as water alternated from very cold to very hot constantly! Repairs needed!

Positive: Great location, nice and quiet place. House is comfortable and spacious. Sofa and bed very comfortable. Air conditioning working in hot summer time and cold winter time 😀 We cooked in the house, we found pans and pots, few spices, there was coffee machine. Overall, our stay was brilliant. We will be back 😁

Positive: This place is unbeatable in terms of value for money, it is very spacious with a large living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The village is tiny, but has a few shops and fastfood places, is super close to Ain Draham, and the accomodation is actually in immediate walking distance to a very nice walking/hiking trail with great views. The host and his brother were taking very good care of us, gave us directions and were very flexible about check in and check out times. There is an espresso machine with capsules provided, kitchen equipment is great for cooking, internet is good enough for remote working and washing machine is a plus!
Negative: For my fellow non-smokers: The groundfloor of this place has definitely been used as a smoking space before and you can smell it. However, this was not a dealbreaker for us.

Positive: the property itself is very clean and have all the facilities of high class in the kitchen. The host is very kind and supper helpful. And we really wish they are located at a better place.
Negative: The location is not really Ain Derham. And worst is that you are in a neighbourhood which is super-rural, which bring lots of dog barking and a hourly reminder of chickens whole of night. If you are seeking a good night's sleep, this place cannot be recommended.

Positive: Our host was there on arrival, and immediately assisted us with keys, a tour of the house and some advises on activities near the house and close to Ain Draham. Very good welcoming, and he made constantly sure we were fine and did not need anything. I would definitely come again or recommend!
Negative: All good actually. Perfect value for money.
Summary: Wonderful house, quiet and close to great nature. A great place to stay with friends or family.

Positive: Really comfortable and well equipped duplex. Owners brother lives next door and was always on hand to help if needed. Great location for visiting this beautiful area of Tunisia
Negative: All good. We did have an issue using the wrong road to get to the house and caused some damage to our hire car. This was our fault, but listing might want to include more exact instructions on how to get to the house from the main road.
