Summary: Stayed here for 3 nights, last minute trip to see friends / family. Right in center of Val D and good value. Recommend if you just need somewhere to sleep and not too worried about luxuries.

Summary: The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response.

Summary: The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026.

Summary: The staff were superb. Kind and helpful. Beds comfy, everything you need. Excellent central location with parking (extra) . Very good value. Highly recommend it.
