Positive: The smell in the appartement was horrible. Rotten smell of garbage and foodsmell from Subway and Italian restaurant. It was horror. The appartement was on walking distance from Disney though, but the bed was full of bedwants (insects), which we now took back to our own home We will never stay here again !
Negative: The smell in the appartement is disgusting. It is located right on top of the residential and public garbage depots. Right under the apartment is the exhaust ventilation of the "Subway" restaurant and the Italian restaurant. The smell is everywhere, which makes it a punishment to be in this appartement. The blankets and the bed covers contain dirty spots. God knows from what.. Its not clean and during the night you feel little bed want, insects itching your skin. We have red spots all over our bodies. The brush in the toilet has not been cleaned for a long time. And the pot contains brown water from the toilet cleaning of people before... See photo. The floor is sticky from not being properly cleaned for a long time. Its only vacuum cleaned. The wooden floor contains bubbles from moisture underneath. There is a lot of moisture damage in the edges in the bathroom, bedroom etc. The plaster layers are brown and loose. Also near the electricity which makes it unsafe. This appartement definitely needs maintenance, but the horror smell will stay, because it comes from the street and via the floor internally. When you open the windows you smell it right away. Right below the appartement there is a truck loading place, which starts early in the morning waking you up. I am not complaining quickly, but this beats everything. ======== In answer to the owners remarks: 1. The Olympics were finished the week before we stayed here. 2. I am not telling lies! Please look at for example the photo of the toilet brush. There is poop of previous people inside. You didn't clean. 3. We could have asked to improve things, but the smell would be uncorrectable. 4. The exhaust of restaurants are more strictly regulated in my country. For restaurants it always goes: - via an external exhaust pipe, to the top of the building. - via the interior exhaust pipe. 5. The smell was known, as you placed air refreshers. 6. The bedcover has brown spots. 7. Bed wants are now in our home.

Negative: There was nothing we did not like, but coming from Paris from another Air BB, we did like how a few days prior to check in there was a summary of what to expect and how to check in. In this case we just texted the host via booking.com and she was responsive.
