Positive: The view from the terrace was amazing. The accommodation had everything that we needed. The nice cafe at reception was appreciated, especially for breakfast.
Negative: A rather steep walk to get to the beach. Some sort of shuttle transport would be appreciated. I also think that the beach at Santa Giulia is over-rated, and spoilt by being too crowded.

Positive: Very nice location in general although quite remote from the sea (for walking). Gated nicely designed resort, not small, but still providing privacy. Excellent views of Santa Giulia bay.
Negative: Whole resort is rather aged. This applies also to the unit we stayed in. It provided facilities to be expected, but all was used, warn off, sometimes damaged, and sometimes not duly functional (e.g. smell in one of the bathrooms). There was no decoration in the room like pictures, posters, etc. The general impression was "bare".
Summary: Appreciate the great wider picture and do not let yourself be disappointed with details.

Positive: I liked nature, the sea, the beach and the view, but there are other beautiful places for a seaside vacation in Europe which would be three times cheaper than Corsica. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all the necessary utensils and forms for cooking and baking.
Negative: It is ridiculously expensive compared to what we were offered. The vacation houses seem to have been built somewhere in the 1970s-80s, and they have not changed since then. They look old and tacky and lack modern furniture. Also, we were given only one roll of toilet paper, a couple of tablets for a washing machine, and two towels—and that's it. No washing machine and no hair blower. Not one bar of soap. Our vacation house was located some 20 min by foot to the beach - and it's 30-35 min steep walk up the hill back. Renting a car in Corsica is a must, you won't be able to get anywhere without it.
Summary: If it weren't for the beautiful beach - I'd be really disappointed.

Positive: Well appointed villa (classic villa) on hillside above pool, with lovely terrace and stunning views over lagoon. Beaches about 20 min walk down fairly steep hill so might not suit those with mobility challenges. Allocated parking close to villa and short, easy drive from Figari airport. Beautiful beaches and very nice pool.

Positive: Very nice location, close to beautiful beach (around 300m). House with big area around surrended by trees and shrubs, three bedroom, three bath room, fully equipped kitchen. Looks much better in reality. Very nice and friendly host.
Negative: Additional cost for dog (20 €/day), city tax and late check in. It will be nice when that information will be available during reservation. Swimmingpool is very far away.
