Positive: The accommodation was great value for money. Well located, 300m to 2 of the main ski lifts and the ski bus stop, 20minutes walk into town on a car free path (probably catch the ski bus back its quite steep). Had great, knowledgeable, helpful, multilingual staff. The rooms are quite spacious for the price and proximity to the slopes. The undercover garage & snow clearance from the roads & paths were very useful. The restaurant was good value and excellent food, producing 50 plus nicely cooked steaks to individual order on NYE is impressive. Selling bread and pastries for self-catering breakfast was a useful bonus. The swimming pool was great too. Good ski lockers. Nice private area to sit outside. There's an on site ski hire shop which we discovered to late to use.
Negative: No much. If I was being picky. Paying extra for not very good WIFI (slow and often wouldn't let you on). The pillows on the beds could do with replacing. The rooms could be redecorated to the same standard as the restaurant (getting rid of the dated dark wood). For the price and location we felt the room and facilities were great value for money.
Summary: Very close to the slopes, helpful staff, good value, would visit again

Positive: The friendly staff The location of the residence. Useful lockers for ski stuff The ski renting shop was very friendly and patient with the kids. The ski area and the charming town of Megeve.
Negative: A small cleaning set would have been useful. Propose a takeaway dinner for people arriving late. Mattresses were a bit hard.

Positive: Great view, practical, well-designed studio.
Negative: I spent €800 on them but they reluctantly gave me an extra bin-bag. Pretty hard to beleive. Also the €13 pizza in the restaurant was in reality a €1 frozen pizza from a supermarket. Actually the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Also they hot me with a huge tourist tax bill at the end.
Summary: Basically good but short-sighted on the small stuff.
