Positive: Overall great apartment with air conditioner which was a massive plus because we have been there during the heatwave. Kitchen has everything you need. There is a swimming pool on site, restaurant, boat rentals and parking. The guy who met us on the reception was really good and spoke English well, he also was polite and explained everything we need. Location is great, close to the beach about 8 minutes to walk along the river. The shop Auchan is 10 minutes to drive or we walked by foot 30 minutes. So the location is excellent.
Negative: To enter the pool you have to wear a bracelet and it suggests that it should be on your arm for all the time of your stay which is ridiculous, so you have to sleep with it, walk with it every time, and as soon as you wear it you cannot reuse it, it is one time bracelet. I did not wear it, i just took it with me all the time and said that in the reception that i wont wear it for two weeks. Maybe for someone it is not a problem, for me and my kids it was! Air conditioner leaked for some time, we went to reception and the lady said it is because of the temperature differences, so we ignored that issue, but it was a bit uncomfortable, but the air conditioner worked well so we it was fine, not an issue then! Apart of that, which I believe wont be a problem for anyone, all was great!

Positive: It was near the centre of mandalieu
Negative: Far too small for the 3 of us even though it was for 4 people. The kettle didn't turn off and carried on boiling, the toaster didn't pop up so it burnt! The outside lighting in the grounds wasn't on so my elderly mother struggled to see when walking at night. The staff rang us to say we hadn't paid even though we came in personally to pay and we were made to feel like criminals.
