Positive: Very nice hosts. The room was super clean. The location was also good, about a 20-minute walk to the city center.
Negative: There was a weird mechanical humming noise during our stay that made getting a good night sleep really hard.

Negative: The shower temperature was something the bare minimum during the entire stay which was one week and that's most annoying thing about this accomodation. I couldn't get a shower at normal temperature on the evening of arrival and I reported to the owner on this issue on the next morning. He promised to fix the boiler and he actually did it. But only for this day. In the next day it's all got back to the beginning - no hot water for shower. So it's looked like I had to ask for the hot water every time I need it. Just ridiculous. The room was very basic with no air conditioner and fridge. The kettle I asked for to boil the water had a such strong plastic smell that I couldn't even use it. The absence either a private or shared kitchen was really painful as I had to eat somewhere else during my entire stay of one week. So considering what other guests says it's really looks like the family saving electricity on the guests. For the price I paid I think this is something inacceptable

Negative: Not a big thing but it might be a good idea to get new towels. The ones I got were left in the washing machine for too long and they smelled even though they were technically clean.
Summary: I would stay here again. Good spot.

Positive: Everything corresponds to the description and photo. The room is clean, the linen is good, there are 2 good towels for each. There is a TV, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer. In winter it was warm, the hot water in the shower was also good. Excellent breakfast, freshly prepared. Delicious omelette with mushrooms and onions, focaccio with olives and fresh vegetable salad. Water, cappuccino, coffee, cocoa of your choice, extra milk froth and lots of delicious cakes. Breakfast on the glassed-in veranda, with a fireplace in winter. From the room to the veranda there is a passage through the street. But we liked sitting at breakfast near the fireplace with a Christmas tree, and outside there was snow and winter. Very friendly owner and funny little dog. We booked an hour before arrival late in the evening, but we checked in without any problems.
Negative: The bathroom and toilet are located across the hallway, so it’s not in the room itself. There was no one in the next room, so it wasn't a problem. And if there were guests in the room next door, then you wouldn’t go from bed to the bathroom or toilet in your underpants :). Other rooms do not have this problem. Part of the table is occupied by a TV - it is better to hang it on the wall. The kettle was on the refrigerator, but it was more comfortable for us to move it to the table, but there wasn’t enough socket, so we had to turn off the TV.

Negative: Lack of information about check-in… When we arrived at the property, the host wasn’t there and only the key was left outside. But as we were not informed about self check-in, we had to wait outside while we were waiting for an answer from the host, which took us a while.
