2 Bedroom Cabin in Birdseye

R & R Cabin has everything you need for a restful relaxing stay. The hot tub seats five to six and has a gazebo over it. It is on the back of cabin between cabin and shed. There is a Weber gas grill on the side deck.. A nice fire pit to enjoy with friends and family in the evening that has 6 Adirondack chairs. The cabin is 5 minutes from Patoka Park entrance as well as the winery and restaurants. Hoosier National forest is 15 or so miles for great hiking. Paoli Peaks is 30 to 35 minutes for skiing and tubing. And French Lick is 20 or so minutes for Casino or miniature golf, golf, indoor go cart, or indoor water park as well as many restaurants and activities. This cabin is nestled in an acre of pine trees for a great cabin experience. You can't go wrong with R&R.... This is our newest only minutes from our Cardinal cabin. We also have TLC lake house. We hope you find this one as enjoyable as our others. The flat top stove as well as the water and ice in the fridge door do make for a nice upgrade. A queen is in master as well as a sofa sleeper in living room on main level. Upstairs in the loft you will find a queen and full with ample room. There is a sitting chair to do a little reading and a built in dresser for storing all your belongings . The bathroom has a tub shower unit and a newly renovated floor, toilet, and vanity. You will find everything you need in the kitchen as well as ample storage.We have enjoyed sharing our cabins and hope you feel at home as you are able to relax and enjoy all of the great things Patoka has to offer, or just the rest and peaceful setting of cabin life. Pets are welcome for a fee of 50 dollars per pet per stay

Summary: This property is absolutely perfect! The cabin is adorable and comfy. The bedding is great the recliners are perfect for a short nap! We didnt use the hottub but it looked clean. This couple has thought of all the things you might need when you stay in this cabin. Everytime i turned around i saw something that just made sense. There is a local bar and restaurant (Finns) that is about 2 miles from the cabin. Super great customer service and all around good people. You are about 20 minutes from French Lick which is totally worth the drive. I highly recommend this property. I know we will be staying here again!!!

Summary: We had a great time at the cabin. It was very clean and everything was there that you could need. We used the hot tub every day and the beds were nice. The owner was very easy to deal with and made sure our stay was a great one! We would definitely recommend this cabin! Plenty of space and great atmosphere. The winery is right down the road and that was nice too! Overall i definitely enjoyed the cabin and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a quiet getaway in a great neighborhood.

Summary: My husband and I, 2 children, and our dog had a wonderful stay at R&R cabin! The property is located in a very private wooded area, but it is within a neighborhood of cabins so we didn’t feel isolated. There are several family fun activities only 20-30 min away: French Lick, Marengo Caves, Wilstem Wildlife Park, etc. Patoka Lake, which is down the road, is truly a gem and we hope to return to explore it further. R&R cabin provides a free pass. The cabin is cute, cozy, and clean. The loft area was big enough for our kids to sleep and play. They loved the moose stuffies and the board games. The cabin is pet-friendly. Food and water dishes were provided as well as a doggie blanket. There is also a cable attached to the trees to let your dog outside. There are not many options for food shopping, so I suggest you bring our own groceries. If you choose to eat out, “Benny’s off the water” restaurant, which is super close, has great food and service. Our favorite things about the cabin were the fire pit area, screened-in porch, and hot tub. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Summary: We walked in on Tuesday evening and the cabin was clean, smelled good, and looked very cozy! Our host was great, everything was set up for our stay. The location to Patoka Lake is 5 mins, some good small restaurants are close and a small store for any of those missed items. Our only critic would be the bed in the downstairs room needs replaced, its worn and causes you to roll to the middle and wasn't comfortable at all. Thank you!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this property. This is a great base for so many southern Indiana gems: Holiday World, French Lick, Marengo Cave and Patoka Lake! The actual cabin is in a wooded area with plenty of privacy. There’s a nice campfire area and hot tub. The beds, bedding and towels were all quite nice. We stayed with 3 adults and 3 kids (6, 4 and infant) and it worked well for us! The owners were very kind and responsive. We would definitely return.
