Positive: The owner was available to answer questions, and she let us check in one hour before upon request. She shared tips about Rabat, some events going on that weekend, and sightseeing in Malta. We were at the property during the summer so the nearby school was still closed for the summer vacations. The property was quite and easy to find. Walking distance to Rabat's center and we managed to park in the streets nearby.
Negative: smell in the building lobby

Positive: size of the apartament, cleanness, kitchen facilities. sun-umbrella, macaroni, porridge, coffee left from previous tenants )
Negative: very hard to find a parking place. One should know that one of the apartments walls borders directly to a School and windows of all bedrooms are looking at school stadium and the lessons start at 7.00 AM !!! )) Closing the windows fixes the noise problem though. Unfortunately this stadium is only for pupils and there's no place to play ball with childern in the entire Rabat/Mdina. Playground in Rabat itself is also closed for some reason so we had to visit the one near Mdina.
Summary: The apartment is good but it's very hard to find a parking place nearby

Positive: We have just returned from a great stay at Falcon Court. Clean, tidy and comfortable. I have stayed in numerous properties in Malta over the years and this ranks as one of the top places I have stayed in. Rabat is a great area to stay and this apartment is central to the town and a great place to explore the island. The area was extremely quiet but do remember there is a school at the back. It was holidays so we had no noise. If you are wanting tranquility then this place isn't for you. That said we are early risers so it certainly wouldn't put us off returning here. The balcony here is perfect. It's part enclosed so is great to sit out in in all weathers.

Positive: Lovely well equipped apartment in a great location to enjoy Rabat and the madina We had a lovely welcome from Donna. Our visit coincided with the feast of St Joseph which was an unexpected bonus. I’d definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others

Positive: The apartment was in a great location and we had everything we needed. Nice restaurants nearby, a few stores, bakery, butcher… You can reach everything in Rabat and Mdina by foot in no more than 10-15 minutes. The apartment had heating/ AC and was very spacious and Donna was a great host with lots of tips and quick to respond to questions we had. We would recommend the apartment.
Negative: The kids on the school yard are very loud when they start with sport sessions at 7 in the morning (but that is no problem on weekends or holiday time, then it is really quiet). Also the water pressure in the showers was really low and the kitchen could have been cleaner. But everything else was perfect.
