Summary: Large and very pleasant room. The design of the lobby and common spaces is beautiful. However somewhat let down by inconsistent service (every day something different was missing from the room), treatment cancelled at last minute at the spa and a disappointing breakfast for the price (limited fruit choice & the cook didn’t know how to cook an omelette!). The outside space is also disappointing. The hotel is built over a shopping centre and the outside space is not very pleasant.

Summary: A new modern/luxury business hotel close to tramway, rooms are really spacious and clean. I could no figure how/where park my rental car myself, needed to valet. Tried to call room service, no success, so I ended up going down for late dinner, fairly slow and somewhat unhappy service.
