Negative: They are doing some renovations and although there was no noise the room had recently been painted and was very strong paint smell.

Positive: The location is excellent -- night market across the street and morning market only a 5 minute walk, Two 7-11 shops within 3 minute walk. Room was super clean, bathroom quite nice.

Negative: Our air-con was super-noisy & not producing much cold air -- good thing it wasn't too hot when we were there. Also, and just a minor complaint -- parking is in a lot across the street.
