Positive: A nice place with incredibly helpful staff. Comfy bed and a beautiful balcony with a view. The room includes a kitchen with lots of silverware. Nice cafe downstairs with tasty, affodable food.

Negative: The A/C struggled to keep the room cool. The location is quite a bit away from the city center as well. A little bit overpriced keeping these things in mind. Not a lot of sound isolation as well......

Positive: Very clean and they are now on a new building with much larger rooms. There was air conditioners in the rooms

Negative: Since it is new there was no kitchen or fridge yet.

Positive: The hotel is nice for a short stay. I took a comfortable shower, the hot water made me feel good (I expected that it will be finished very quickly but it didn't finish at all).

Negative: I'm not very satisfied with the staff - they treated me nice but charged me 390 instead of 360 lei (which was written in the website when I booked this place). And when I gave them 400, they gave me back 7 lei instead of 10. I'm not a petty person but I would like to give any tips to the others bymyself I. I really hate this type of behavior. It's typical for the Bulgarian taxi drivers and I didn't expect to see that from those nice looking young people at the reception. Also, the place was not very clean. It's OK but if you are picky about the cleanliness, that's not for you, especially the kettle or the spoons and the forks in the cupboard.
