Positive: Bed was comfortable. I like the fireplace. It looks nice in photos.

Negative: Zero amenities. Honestly, it just feels like someone’s out to make a quick buck. There was not a fork, Spoon, napkin, teabag, access to purchase snacks, nothing. Just the bare minimum. Here’s a place to sleep and a towel. If you’re trying to be an Airbnb, you should be more thoughtful and put some thought and charm into what you’re offering a traveling guest. I don’t care about guitars on the wall.

Summary: It was $60 overpriced for having zero amenities

Negative: The unit air conditioning went from to hot to too cold. A minor inconvenience.

Positive: The room was very comfortable. The fireplace was lovely, and the bed was very comfy.

Negative: It didn't provide cutlery and plates if you wanted a small meal despite providing a fridge, microwave, table, and chairs. It also didn't provide milk despite having a coffee machine, and there was also no tea.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The room was decorated so cute, it was clean, and the bed was soooo comfortable!! The location was within walking distance, for us, to Coors Field and the restaurants/bars in that area. Communication with directions to enter the Airbnb was good. We enjoyed the amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker with a selection of coffees and also teas, as well as a water cooler for water, which was a nice touch. Our room #8 Radiant Rancher, also had a mini-fridge, a microwave and a cute porch.

Negative: Unfortunately, for such a cute place there were a few complaints. Initially, it took a looooong time for hot water for the shower. Thankfully the next morning the hot water was immediate. However, both attempts at a shower were met with very little water pressure. The room came with a fireplace but unfortunately it wasn't working for us. And we chose this room because it had additional windows, however most of the window are within a few feet of the condos next door. So we couldn't keep our blinds open unless we wanted the neighbors to see us or vice versa.

Summary: Nicely decorated and clean option, with great amenities, within walking distance to Coors Field.
