Summary: I love this place. I always choose to go here, but I have been disappointed the last few times that I’ve gone here. I’ve been given rooms where the AC unit is louder than the street. Preventing you from getting a good nights rest then last night I had to go to New York for an emergency and the AC unit in my room was not working and they said they provided a portable little did. I know it was a portable little fan that was blowing hot air I had to take two showers to stay cool and not hyperventilate now wasn’t terribly hot, but I am a person that runs really hot so I need cold AC air and I paid close to $500 on top of that I didn’t even get keys to my room. The maintenance man had to let me in my room. I guess their computer system was on now. The host was nice and kind but very disappointed very disappointed lately.

Summary: The hold that they say is temporary but they keep some of the money for themselves so watch out for that. My hold was $75 per night of my stay totalling to $225 that they said I would be refunded. $81.63 of that money they kept and I wouldn't even know if I didnt ask for my receipt. Plan to not get all of the hold back and you'll have a great time.

Summary: Hotel staff was friendly and proficient. Room was clean, modern, and very small. Refrigerator holds 3 water bottles. On 2nd floor, noise from events in atrium bar shook windows and headboard, continued to 3 a.m., when parties moved inside to rooms. At @ 5 a.m. Journey was blasted, maybe a Zoomba class? 4 nights there impossible to sleep. If you're looking for a party hotel, this is it. Better than sleeping under a bridge.

Summary: Excellent hotel at an awesome price! The Radio Hotel is not a downtown hotel but it has awesome energy and charm from its local neighborhood. Great dinner, cute café, and it even offered a special viewing of the Knicks game 2 championship game in the outdoor patio. Definitely coming back!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Radio Hotel. It was comfortable and affordable with a baby. The views of the city from uptown were great. Housekeeping made up the room and took out the trash daily. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the 1 train. Would definitely return.
