Positive: The room was really spacious and comfortable, the private swimming pool was really enough for two guests. Breakfast was pretty good but dinner was absolutely fantastic and delicious every night! The staff were very helpful and so kind!
Negative: The toilet which is independent space from the whole bathroom was really tiny and the ventilation system needs improvements. Some Items were taken from the minibar while we were away from the room, and we were initially charged despite explaining we had not consumed them. After a few discussions, the charge was removed, but the situation was unpleasant.

Positive: What we loved were the true hospitality of 'Mauritian staffs' they were so welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond our expectations. Mr Heert, Miss Shreeya and couple of other staffs looked after us so well. My 5yo daughter felt comfortable and told me how amazing these people were. So, a massive thank you to all.
Negative: I had a disappointing experience at the bar on Saturday night. At 11:02 pm, I asked the friendly bartender for a last drink, but a manager intervened, saying 'PAS DONNE LI' in Creole, which I understood. I politely pointed out that I was asking for the last drink, he insisted they closed at 11 pm, but he finally let the bartender serve me a stubby of phoenix beer I asked for. However, to my surprise, he continued serving other customers after 11 pm. He was making cocktails or mocktails for the other customers! It's unfortunate that a double standard in customer service seems to persist at some hotels in Mauritius. Perhaps, he needs to be reminded of his roles. I rate this guy 0 for his professionalism.

Positive: Breakfast and dinner meals were excellent. The menu spread catered for continental and Indian tastes. The dishes were very well prepared by expert cooking staff. The service staff was prompt and courteous.
Negative: I did not come across anything adverse.

Positive: The room was just luxury and there was great support from the team, great variety at breakfast everything was at the resort.
Negative: I wish we had planned beforehand what we wanted the pool with our villa was dirty, limited choice at breakfast and the fact some staff at reception where a bit rude sometimes to be honest i am glad we where just there for 2 nights and not longer as we felt really uncomfortable
