Summary: The hotel was OK, rooms were ample enough... But the problem was with the front desk staff, check in was good but the MALE staff on day of check out was unacceptable, the guy in the light grey suit was RUDE and not helpful at all. This reflects on the overall stay, we're supposed to stay another night but changed our minds

Summary: Stayed for one night before traveling to St.Moritz. Very nice hotel, not far from the train station. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. I would stay here again for sure!

Summary: Great hotel in great location. Easy to find and good walking distance. Easy checkin and checkout. Remember always to ask for basel card. Swimming pool was just ok. Overall a nice stay.

Summary: We had a very nice sleep at the hotel, it was central enough for us to walk around the old town. We did not have a good experience with some of the restaurant staff, one morning, completely empty restaurant we were ignored by a waitress as she cleared a table. Even when I asked for two cappuccino and two croissants, she reply yes and continued to clean the table. Odd

Summary: Inglês Radisson Blue Basel is a great hotel. Excellent rooms, very good breakfast, and a privileged location. On top of that, the service is outstanding, which makes the stay even better.

Summary: I have stayed at this in hotel many times but this time I was upgraded which was nice especially when your here in business and you want a little more room to relax, I would recommend Raddison Blu for future visits.
