Positive: We enjoyed the quietness. Breakfast was fab 👌 great selection of food to choose from... Restaurant was nice also and the staff were friendly. The swimming pool was fab 👌

Negative: Buttons in their only passenger lift needs to be fixed. Had to help a customer in wheelchair who got stuck in lift because the buttons were sticking in lift. It seemed to be happening to lots of customers. When I told staff, they said the engineers didn’t think it was a priority to fix a stuck button in a lift.

Negative: Room was extremely hot with no air-conditioning. Was almost impossible to sleep.

Positive: Lovely hotel. Breakfast is fabulous, reasonably priced. We stayed with 2 toddlers, they loved the pool and onsite playground. We had a family room with bunk beds which was very spacious and modern. Lots of parking. Big lobby with couches to chill out with the kids. We had dinner in bar one evening, food was delicious. Definitely need a car as not near anything really except a retail park, a handy spar 5 minutes walk away though.
Negative: Quite expensive but it was peak holiday season in August. A wedding on the day we arrived and the music was so loud until the middle of the night. Otherwise was excellent.

Positive: It was a lovely welcoming hotel, nice bar areas and seating outside. Close to Fota and other amenities and shopping centre.
Negative: We asked for shower accessibility and out of the 4 rooms didn’t get it. Maybe should have followed up after check in but it was so much hassle to try and arrange.
