Summary: The hotel is clean and comfortable and well situated. But what makes it exceptional is its staff. The front desk folk were personable and helpful. We were especially thankful for Kris and Reese's service in the restaurant. They both gave excellent service and Kris went above and beyond to ensure we made a rather too-close-for-comfort train departure. Also, the food was good and the espresso was especially notable.

Summary: Loved my stay! The bed was comfy , the pillows were soft and not only that, I ordered room service and had the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had! It was the perfect room for my self care night!

Summary: Hotel is exceptionally clean. Good value for money. Room sadly had no view as window had been 70% boarded off. Bar service not good at all. Waited 30 minutes, and had to ask, for coffee at breakfast.

Summary: Very clean room. Beds tops for comfort. Armchairs in bedroom TERRIBLE. Cannot relax in an upright, rigid chair. Nowhere on the ground floor to relax in. I guess next time we’ll choose 5* hotels.
