Summary: Bad experience overall, parking was a joke, cars abandoned in the car park as there was a Santa party on. Staff didn’t feel experienced enough especially when ordering dinner. Quality of food was poor

Summary: The room was spacious and comfortable. But the hallway needs some updating. The hallway carpet was old and worn out. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food and service were excellent.
