Positive: Clean, good location , my lock was not working so they repaired it quickly

Negative: Very negative experience with one member of staff in the reception. Had my taxi for the airport scheduled at 4.15. At 4.25 when taxi was not there , receptionist just ignored me and didn’t try to call another taxi. They also tried to over charge me for it 300%. So next time, even if you stay, get Yandex taxi service. Other receptionists were helpful the night before.
