Summary: Nice and clean room, good sleep. Breakfast lay out was horrible. Part of the breakfast stuff was put on a narrow hallway where people were walking through to and from their rooms (with and without luggage).

Summary: Booked 4 nights with family here (2 adults + 2 young kids). Upon checkin, we were told that they wouldnt change towles/clean rooms due to environment concerns?, but we could reach out if needed. We asked for this + change of towels after 2 nights, however this was met with some resistance even from the cleaning ladies that wouldnt hand out new towels. We never understood why making someones bed is detrimental for the environment - but this is simply not acceptable service. The breakfast in the mornings was chaos - to many guests compared to visitors, meaning not enough seating and no one to steer the guests. No variety same breakfast everyday. The location was good as very central, which is the nice part of the hotel.

Summary: My stay was good, I liked the staffs and how quiet the surroundings are. However the only thing I didn’t quite like my room was the Tv and the fact there was no telephone in the room. Thankfully nothing emergency happened but in certain scenarios whereby could’ve possibly happpeend was thinking what would happened if I needed to call and there was no telephone I was told by one receptionist it was removed from all the rooms due to some electronic problems that was what I was told. Aside this the stag was very nice , check in was very smooth, same as checkout as well.
