Summary: The Front Desk Manager made the difference. He was very helpful to me as he went out of his to get me breakfast even after they were done serving breakfast long ago. The only thing I did not like is unavailability of food or snacks or even vending machines for hungry guests who arrive late night.

Summary: Room we were staying not clean enough and bathroom was least clean and water in floor of bathroom , I purchased food drinks included but no clear liquid information where you suppose to go to find place of dining

Summary: I certainly didn't think it was a 5 star accommodation. We had problems with ants in the room and there was little the staff could do about it. the food wasn't great either. I thought it was a bit on the lesser side on all counts. It is certainly not worth the money you pay there. one-time visit unfortunately.

Summary: Nice hotel, friendly staff (Karim and his assistant), clean rooms, a superb terrace and a magnificent entertainment team (Tarik, DJ, Ismael, Ayoub, mourad and chef Mehdi). Review the food and speed of bar-men who are professional but they are in charge of work. During my stay there was a golf group, and all the staff was dedicated to this event which is a shame. I recommend.
