Summary: Jr Suite was exceptionally large and easy access to the beach; hotel was a bit dated and staff was unfriendly & unknowledgeable; hotel description did not (& should have) indicated that the pool is closed for the season and there was no outdoor service.

Summary: Considering our stay was under less than ideal circumstances, the staff seemed completely unaware of what was going on upon check-in. We were given direction that was impossible to follow. The room layout itself made little to no sense. Our lock was broken on the door. The room itself looked comparable to a Holiday-Inn. The bartenders were at least kind.

Summary: The staff weren’t great nor helpful. The pool was so freezing no one was swimming which was unacceptable given how much you pay to stay there to be able to use the pool. Not a fan of this hotel.

Summary: We had the best stay! We were just coming off a 7 day island topping yacht trip so being able to stay in one place and recoup was great. The Beach Club was lovely the restaurants were fabulous, the breakfast that's included was not only delicious but being able to enjoy it on a rooftop restaurant with outdoor space Enjoy the ocean view was a cherry on top. I had a great massage at the spa. The gym was better than most hotels. The only thing I didn't love was the building in front of the hotel that's under construction, blocking part of our view of the water. We did have a huge balcony so you could see the water from most of the balcony and from the bedroom.
