Summary: We came off our ship early in the morning and were told our room would be available from 3pm which we expected but there was no leeway for an early check in. As it was raining we had to sit around for hours. I know it is policy but this hotel does get a lot of business off the cruise lines and should rethink how to cater for early arrivals. People would be willing to pay for an early checkin.

Summary: Supermarket across the road.Lovely clean room great bedding.Near the harbour and other attractions.We loved staying here.Free umbrellas ask reception.Irish pub nearby.The fernicular is worth it.It was snowing when we went up there.Lovely walk around a little lake.We did a 3.5 hour cruise from tourist information.We chose tge one with commentary at 11am.Your raincoat will get a good work out.Bergen is a lovely city very walkable.
