Summary: Hotel is very close to airport (~10 min drive). Room conditions were not good. It was dirty, we found various small spiders. We stayed because we were very tired from a 10 hours flight but I would not recommend hotel and wouldn’t stay again.

Summary: We stayed here for almost 3 weeks. Rented a car in the hotel( Sixt Carrental ) and made our trips from there. The room was clean and comfortable with a smal fridge. The staff is very friendly and we will definitely recommend this location. Also easy to go from here to anywhere. No noise from the airport

Summary: This is a modern and comfortable airport hotel with excellent customer service. The one issue is that both times we were here, three weeks apart, only one of the three elevators was in service and on the second trip that meant people waiting 10 minutes for an elevator. Given that this is an airport hotel, I expect that this situation could cause some unneeded stress and hope the hotel can fix the problems because the amenities are otherwise fine.

Summary: Nice quiet hotel with spacious, comfortable bedrooms- we slept well. Good shuttle free to and from airport- driver very friendly. Concierge very friendly. Reception staff miserable when we checked in but lovely when we checked out

Summary: Only problem was 2 out of 3 elevators were down and the restaurant needed another waitress to accommodate. The waitresses were fantastic, there just weren’t enough.

Summary: Great location, close to sky train, airport, outlet mall. Offer courtesy bus service to and from airport all day long. Room is clean comfortable and cozy. If you are a foodie. It’s $10 uber away from Youhan center/Aberdeen centre and Richmond center
