Summary: The morning breakfast has a good variety of food. Bed was ok but pillows were a little soft. Internet access was good. They have daily shuttle to the 3 malls, but would be good if more frequent timings for the shuttle, if not need to take grab or gojek to the hotel. The hotel is reasonable in pricing also. A family friendly hotel. They have 2 pools, one for the kids also. Even have a kids room and daily kids activities.

Summary: We had a pleasant 2 nights stay. Hotel looks relatively new. Rooms were clean. And we enjoyed the breakfast. Although on Saturday night, one of our neighbour were blasting loud music till 11+pm and we made a feedback to the reception but nothing was done until 12am. We had a 5 year old which had difficulty sleeping due to the loud noise.

Summary: Requested early check in and the lady concierge was extremely accommodating. Likewise Via was fantastic every morning at breakfast time and a special thank you to the chef for helping with the special meal requests

Summary: The hotel is generally clean and has a nice view. Staff provided good service as well. However, when we first arrived, the staff gave us a room still occupied by other guests. The issue was rectified but it did dampen our high spirits a little.
