Summary: My stay was Remarkable the staff was extremely professional and caring. The food was tastee as well. I'll definitely be back. 10 out of 10 hands down. Candice makes the best Ocean Breeze Drink. Miss Kendra G the most magnificent manager you can tell she loves her staff and her job. Mr Garfield made sure all my twist were met with a smile. Mr Joseph made the best omelets. My entire experience at the Radisson was top tier.

Summary: We were initially in room 317 which flooded due to blocked drains, with grey water spreading from the bathroom into the bedroom. Staff resolved the external blockage quickly, but communication regarding remedial action in our own room was poor. A housekeeper later informed us that 317–319 flood regularly. We had to ask to be relocated and were placed in a beachfront room beside the main pool and bar. Unfortunately, excessive late-night noise made it unsuitable for a relaxing stay, and complaints to security and reception after 10pm had little effect. After further requests, we were eventually moved to a quieter area of the resort. We also experienced a breakfast billing error where two guests were incorrectly charged around $60 USD, which took over 48 hours, several discussions, and 4 hours of our holiday to resolve. Management staff other than Mrs Purser were generally unhelpful, however most other staff were lovely. There are positives: the location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the daytime atmosphere is relaxed. Early room access was appreciated. Special thanks also to Chef Joseph for accommodating my coeliac disease, although awareness of cross-contamination risks could be improved. Overall, many guests will likely enjoy their stay, but I would strongly advise confirming your room allocation in advance and avoiding beachfront rooms if seeking peace and quiet. And while we want to be able to offer a positive review, it would be misrepresentative to do so.

Summary: The room was cleaned daily,the staff was great,friendly,the breakfast was delicious, excellent,we went to the bar for dinner, overhaul, I will tell people to come to Grenada and stay at the Radisson Thanks and God willing we will be back soon

Summary: Good selection Breakfast. Need more cereal options.eg oates. Muesli. Air conditioning unit was over headboard, which leaked and made noise even when switched off. Table football broken. Food was mediocre. Beds need to be upgraded. Too soft and uneven. No provision for early guest check out to have breakfast takeaway box. Staff need further training and development. Although some curtious, quite often we felt we were an inconvenience. Eg, uncollected laundry had to be dropped and collected ourselves. Little or no smiles and eye contact given.

Summary: Serving staff was efficient and friendly especially at breakfast. However, staff in reception area was not. We got our room an hour late after sitting in the lobby for 2 hrs, and seeing a multitude of guests arrive after us and given their room keys. Its only after asking twice then we were given our room. No apologies while we waited, and absolutely NO refreshments offered although every guest received after we arrived. No attempt at compensation for this issue was done. Everything else at the hotel was great.
