Summary: Nice hotel with big garden & pool area in great location right on the beautiful Grand Anse beach. The staff were very friendly and committed to making our stay even better. Breakfast was a bit slow (perhaps self service would work better) and there could have been more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay. Always a pleasure to be back in Grenada!

Summary: Lovely property, beautifully maintained which is in a central ideal location and sits right on the beach. The only negative comment about the hotel is that the room and bathroom is very dated and well in need of an upgrade.

Summary: The pros: Overall Fairly nice hotel - the main pool is quite nice; RIGHT on the beach -- beach chairs and towels provided with beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was nice-- including cooked-to-order omelets. Free easy access parking and close to restaurants and the city. The cons: Properly is aging but being refurbished. Rooms without views are average, some far from the main pool. The staff were ok, not super helpful or proactive, but not bad either. Overall a nice stay in Grenada, if a little pricey for what was afforded.

Summary: Room was not ready at check in time, had to wait around 30 minutes. Brown rim around toilet, black stain on bed sheets. Went to get something to eat came back toilet was blocked. Staff was helpful and was able to move us room which we had no issues with.

Summary: Check in process was long…waited 3 hours for a room to be ready when room was ready not enough towels and bathroom still had hair around toilet. Asked for extra towels and a blanket at the desk after 40 mins they said they would deliver to room… NEVER RECEIVED THEM
