Summary: I made an error when I rated the Radisson in Calgary I thought I was rating the Leduc one. The Radisson at the Calgary airport was fantastic! The one in Leduc could have had at least one day where housecleaning would have come and cleaned our room. We were there for 4 nights and never had one cleaning or replenishing the towels as there were only 2 for the 4 days. Also only one little bottle of shampoo and conditioner and no body wash for the entire 4 days. The tv remote didn’t work so we had to go and turn it on on the back. No one came to fix it even after telling them about it. Also there was no place to put our luggage so our suitcases were on the floor. Also we’d never be able to get into the safe as it was on the ground. Hard to kneel to get anything in there.
