Summary: Comfortable hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The GM himself, the front desk, duty manager, restaurant servers, housekeeping were all welcoming and accommodating of all requests. I travel a lot, and all staff being well trained and cooperative is rare. Kudos. We were in pool view room that's spacious and has a large balcony.

Summary: We loved this place! Great staff. Lovely swimming pool and gardens both beautifully maintained. Chef did a special curry for me when I explained what I wanted. Super kind and lovely food. International food too. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable. We walked to the Temples. Easy. Also easy to get a tuk tuk outside the hotel. We got a tuk tuk to the waterfalls which worked really well and gave us a great opportunity to see the local countryside.

Summary: The stay was nice and property is very near to the temples. The property was understaff due to off season. We needed some basic medicine urgently in the middle of night but front desk couldn’t assist. Resturant staff and service is great but the prices are way too high.
