Summary: The hotel us under construction and some of the unfinished rooms had their doors wide open . I left front desk know that and they closed the doors on the 2nd floor but it was still unlocked. I feel this isn’t safe to leave opened rooms under construction wide open and also other parts of the hotel are not finished and there’s no security to guide families with children. The rate isn’t cheap considering all the construction or maintenance work being done. As a parent I felt I had to mention this. The staff was very nice and helpful. I feel the company owners can do better.

Summary: The redone room was very nice, comfortable bed and decent shower. The fact that they’re in the middle of a massive renovation does make it less convenient to maneuver around the property. There was a time you could get a complimentary bottle of water or a cup of coffee but no more.

Summary: Great hotel that is under construction as of 6/26. I look forward to staying there again once it is finished. Friendly and accomadating staff. Spacious, clean rooms.

Summary: the hotel is under construction so be prepared for a bit of a mess. the newly renovated rooms are nice and clean with a good shower and very basic amenities. no extra blankets or robes are included in the rooms. breakfast is not included and is not cheap. there’s a coffee maker in the room but it didn’t work, the filtered water machine in the hall didn’t work either so a nice waitress filled up my water bottle from the kitchen. overall a clean, basic hotel but kinda a bummer they are taking the character out of the place and just paining everything grey. definitely more of a place you stay out of necessity than a cute destination stay

Summary: The Hotel is currently under construction. Construction runs from 7 am until 5 pm. This information should have been disclosed when making the reservation. There was no Radisson Hotel Sign. It was somewhat difficult to find the Hotel not to mention the entrance. We were quite disappointed and we feel that Radisson owes us.
