Summary: What a gem in the heart of Scranton! We are world travelers and this hotel met our criteria for an excellent stay. Clean, beautiful, kind staff, good restaurant, and spacious and comfortable rooms/furniture. We would absolutely stay again and recommend anyone else to do the same.

Summary: Our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean. Great customer service. The staff were so polite and accommodating. I love the fact the restaurant had late night hours. The food was delicious. Whenever I'm in the area this will definitely be where we will be staying.

Summary: Staff is great. Friendly and helpful. The room was not comfortable. The ac unit was so loud and the room had a musty smell. It’s a lovely lobby.

Summary: Hotel was nice, lots of cool history about this place. Breakfast was amazing and so was the staff working the little coffee place they have. Room was clean for the most part, it’s pet friendly so we had some dog hair on the carpet still. Overall we would stay again if we were in town again.

Summary: First off, the hotel is beautiful and so full of history. When we checked into our room the a/c wasn't working properly. We contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance to look at it. Realizing that the ac was not going to cool the room, they quickly relocated us to a room with working ac and even made sure the room was cool before we arrived.

Summary: The hotel lobby was beautiful but the hotel floors when getting off the elevator was not air conditioned. Our tv kept freezing up which was annoying .

Summary: Absolutely love staying here. It’s such a historic location and has so much charm. Food is great. Atmosphere is wonderful. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Rooms are quite nice.

Summary: The hotel is pretty, and the staff is very friendly. The location was good,and breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that the hotel room itself is a little outdated. They need to do a little renovation. They also need more hooks in the bathroom
