Summary: Friendly staff but I expect 5 star quality, few smaller quirks. I ordered a coffee on the breakfast table that never arrived, I had to keep looking for water refill , something I expect to be happening without thinking. Also the shower was out of bodywash , I didn't care asking but a 5 star property should be super attentive to these things. Overall a great stay.

Summary: Spa was good. Hotel staff was courteous. Akash was very heloful & other staff at the breakfast. Food was good.

Summary: Staff are all great but the hotel is a bit dated for the cost. There was a wedding on the night I stayed for business and the guests mad a lot of noise. I called the front desk at 1:30am as they started blasting music in their rooms and to be fair they sent a guy up and the music stopped but still had an awful lot of shouting, running up and down the corridor, doors slamming etc.
