Positive: I love the location. It is very close to the US Bank stadium. We came to Minneapolis to watch the Vikings game.
Negative: I didn't like the fact that the hotel did not have any vending machines. I had to purchase a 12 ounce can of pop from the lobby/restaurant which cost me $4.00. That is simply outrageous to say the least!!!
Summary: The room was neat but small. The staff was friendly and inviting. NEED VENDING MACHINES!!!

Negative: please ask the lady with dog at the gate to leave!
Summary: it is quiet and nice place to live. but extra parking fee $35 per day over cost. we expect food

Negative: Found it difficult to turn off the lights, light switches wouldn’t work and then they would. Also turning the bathroom light on basically lit up entire room so using bathroom in middle of night woke everyone up. Dined at restaurant for breakfast and waitress was unable to make change for my bill. She kept the .86 cents because she had no change. Now that may not be a long money but it’s the principle and fact that if she does this daily to 10-15 people it adds up to a lot of money over the course of a year or any period of time!
Summary: Wont be back!
