Summary: Pool and balcony both closed. Room stayed warm even when AC was pushed down. We had stayed here on our wedding night 22 years ago and thought it would be sweet to come back for our anniversary. Would not choose to come back, not worth the price.

Summary: Check-in was friendly experience. The room smelled clean and fresh! Although they are currently working on replacing the windows that face the ocean and could not access the balcony at this time the view was still exceptionally beautiful. The limited rooms available due to the construction in progress left a nice quiet and comfortable experience as an overbooked hotel would have taken away from the peace and quiet after long travels we were seeking to experience. Overall despite the construction it didn’t hinder the stay! The best hotel stay in a long time!

Summary: We reserved an oceanfront room with balcony. The sliding door was screwed closed and sign on the door balcony condemned. In addition, the cafe bar served food until 7 and bar closed at 8pm. The cafe doesn’t open until 11 am and there is not a coffee station in the hotel. The pool was closed. I could have stayed in a motel for way cheaper given the amenities of a resort were not available.

Summary: I paid for an oceanfront suite with balcony. When I got there they said because of renovations the balcony could not be used and the door could not be opened. Also, no housekeeping until my 3rd day.

Summary: We didn't know the property was under construction and the pool was closed. We were very disappointed when we arrived. The staff was very nice, but could not give us any money back as we booked thru Expedia. We had to use the public beach, with the homeless community- even though we paid over $500 for the hotel and amenities. Not happy with Expedia!!
