The location is absolutely stunning – perched above Jimbaran Bay, the resort offers breathtaking views, lush tropical surroundings, and complete privacy. What made our stay even more remarkable was the exceptional food – every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, from breakfast to dinner. The culinary team clearly puts passion and precision into every dish. A special highlight for us were the dinner at Rumari and the In-Villa Barbecue. We also indulged in the spa, which was an incredible experience. The treatments were deeply relaxing, and the setting was tranquil and luxurious. Overall, Raffles Bali offers a rare blend of natural beauty, thoughtful design, and the highest level of service. We left feeling refreshed, deeply cared for, and already dreaming of our return. Positive: staff were very kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated.
Negative: Overall, the hotel is decent, but the price is quite high compared to the level of service provided. The restaurant, in particular, is extremely overpriced — I was charged around $190 for a striploin steak, and the service and tax fees added another $53, bringing the total to over $240 for a single dish. Unfortunately, the food was below average in taste and didn’t justify the high cost. While the atmosphere might be appealing to some, the pricing does not match the quality or overall experience.

Positive: We celebrated our 40th anniversary there and they went above and beyond! The Villas are very well appointed, beautiful, and the private pools are way bigger than most luxury hotels we stayed at prior to Raffles, including Bulgari Bali.
Negative: The beach itself is not one you want to stay on. Small and muddy water.
Summary: We expected a lot and they delivered even more!
