Positive: Villas are very good. Half board food is satisfactory. Chef Frank Martins interests and control on the kitchen was amazing. Nice to see and speak with him.
Negative: Some locations are underconstruction. It was not mentioned. No restaurant/cafe near see. The main restaurant was put in a very sub area. Beach area sunbeds are limited.

Positive: Almost everything! The location is amazing, the private beach is clean, the water is calm. They bring you water and fruit when you lounge at the beach. The tortoises are so adorable. We fed and cuddled them daily! The food is amazing, the breakfast selection was A+.
Negative: They forgot to pick us up from the airport which was frustrating. The gym could be a bit bigger but this is complaining at a really high level.

Positive: We loved everything about our room. Hotel is located on a nice green hill and beautiful beach. Eternity pool was big enough and comfortable. Hotel personnel is very helpful. It was a dream vacation for us.
Negative: Due to nature of hotel, isolated villas on hilly location, we need to use buggy in most of the times. Few times, it is delayed. Response time of buggy and reception could be improved. After few days, we memorized everything from the menu. Better to do weekly menu for the people who comes for a week.

Positive: The accommodation is spacious and the views amazing. Slightly dangerous steps in the bedroom though. All staff are very friendly and super helpful.
Negative: For a hotel of Raffles reputation and the price being paid, the service levels are not as attentive or proactive as they should be. However, the food quality and choices are very good and the breakfast was amazing.
