Positive: the staff was very helpful, we did a late check in and they were waiting for us and giving us a call to help us organised the ride to the hotel with a driver, breakfast is very nice, the hotel is not in the city so the good thing is that can be very quiet and cool for relaxing, the room was super big we had a little living room, a kitchen space and a bedroom space, all separate so it makes it easy for feeling cool with all the luggage
Negative: it can be a bit hard to move around to have nice restaurants and to see the downtown because of the location of the hotel, is very far, closest restaurant is 2km, best is to walk to the gas station and from there get a car or a motorbike who should charge bwt 100-150 to get to the city. the toilet it self didn't work properly so, we had to live with the smell of the big business during our stay( we extended 3 more nights bc it was very confortable the place and we dont like to move around too much) but the last day when we were paying the bill they were adding extra charges, so I guess it is better to pay right after the service or before so you have the agreed prices and the other business of the hotel is selling tours so giving advice how you can manage a tour by yourself isnt really welcome and there is not help.

Positive: A nice welcoming, and we were upgraded to a better room. In the evening there was a bonfire. Lovely settings and creative design of the garden and rooms. Breakfast was offered.
Negative: One window was broken at the time, and it got chilly during the night
