Positive: Brand new. Extremely comfortable bed. Walk to grocery. Very clean. Loved it. On the first floor, it is so easy for bikes

Negative: The kitchen needs more kitchen stuff. Ie. Pasta strainer coffee mugs ect. I emailed owner with no response.
