Positive: Friendly welcome. Quiet site. Off street parking. A basic, but adequate kitchen . Lovely comfortable lounge area, great lagoon view from balcony.

Negative: It's very rough round the edges. Chipped tiles in the kitchen. It was hot in our room, no Air con, and the fan malfunctioned surging on and off.

Positive: Location close to ferry terminal. Waterfront property. Sitting outside each evening at waters edge. Owner very nice and keen to please.

Negative: A bike would be handy.

Summary: Wish we had planned to stay longer to relax and enjoy the property.
