Summary: What a beautiful little gem! After being so pleasantly greeted by Heaven at the check in desk, we headed to our room which was beautifully presented and so clean! Absolutely gutted to not be staying here for longer than one night but we will be recommending to all of our friends and family. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or the kayak/bike hire due to a lack of time, but if I had known how incredible this place was, I definitely would’ve made an effort to stay a few more nights. The private beach is beautiful and the included breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful stay, it was one of the highlights of my whole trip!

Summary: Paid for 4nites an left after 3 . Wanted refund for last night. Talked to rainbow office,she got chippy and said go thru Hotels.com . I did and Hotels.com said refund request was denied because unable to contact rainbow

Summary: The room was horrible looks like it was falling apart, the roof had so much damage all over. The bathroom was so small that you can’t even get through to the toilet, you must be 95 pounds or so to be able to pass through. The furniture run down and terrible. There was so much noise coming from upstairs I believe a cafe. A room shouldn’t be under it. We barely got any sleep due to the noise that was non stop. The pictures on the site are not what you get.

Summary: Room was clean. Pool and hot tub was a nice addition. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Beach access was much enjoyed. Free breakfast everyday. Blueberry pancakes are amazing! Will stay here again.
