Negative: When we arrived, the RV we rented had been given to a couple who arrived early. We opted to take the bunkie/cabin that was not yet finished. I slept in the loft and so at 76 it was quite a feat to go to the washroom at 3am. We missed a micro wave, the shower didn't work nor was there running water. We knew this as it is yet to be finished. It was ok and sitting on the deck was so comfy with a great view. Enjoyed both the young lad and the man who attended to us. The dogs were well behaved.

Positive: The location is good, less than 20 minutes to some amenities such as Tim Hortons, gas station and beautiful look out spots. The trailer was immaculately clean and the small kitchen was handy to make breakfast. The owner was personable and gave us a travel tip for our next destination.
Negative: We ran out of water until we asked the owner who then refilled the tank. The double bed doesn't have a regular mattress so it was very uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on the ground. This may be fine for camping but with it being rented out to others, it should have a proper mattress. The photos on booking.com were a bit deceiving as there was no lake access and it is sitting on private property which we weren't expecting. The ad also indicated check out by 11 am but in the morning the owner knocked on the trailer and told us check out was 10 am. We did show him the ad as confirmation so hopefully that gets updated for future renters.
Summary: Some good, some not so good.

Positive: Very nice host, helped to get the electrical working, when I arrived. Any requests for assistance were always answered promptly.
Negative: A little off the “beaten path,” but totally worth it!
