Positive: The hotel is located above the main bus station, with a direct link to the airport. Why this is not promoted by the hotel is a mystery.
Negative: Breakfast was nothing short of spartan.and the bed was among the hardest we have encountered. None of the staff spoke English, but we managed with the help of phone translators. The hotel showed lack of upkeep in some common areas, although we visited in the off-season.

Positive: it was extremely well located atop the bus station so very useful for travel and yet still a pleasant hotel. The staff were very helpful with all of our requests, especially local conditions. It was an easy walk frôm the hotel to the charming old street area and other sights.
Negative: There were no bedside lights for reading. There was no juice for breakfast.
Summary: Extremely well-located hotel with considerate and very helpful staff.

Positive: Very convenient location, you could access a convenience store downstairs. The breakfast was lovely, had a lot of stir fry veges. They provide transportation to and from airport - the staff was flexible and still willing to pick us up even the flight was delayed for 5 hours.
Negative: The baby cot they supplied was broken at the leg so it wasnt stable. The baby had to sleep with us in the end. The aircon couldnt be set to 25C so ended up having it at 21C which was too cold at night. The room wasnt cleaned very well.
Summary: Good location and nice breakfast. Helpful staff.
