Bedroom #3 - includes a queen bed and double hickory dresser.
Bedroom #4 has hickory Adirondack Hickory bunk beds and an Adirondack dresser.

RATE CHANGE AND TAX NOTIFICATION FOR 2022 AND BEYOND:
Daily rental rate: $675.00 per night, plus an additional 5% Occupancy Tax Fee imposed by Franklin County, plus $250.00 cleaning fee, plus $500.00 refundable security deposit. If you choose to pay via credit or debit card through VRBO.COM, they will add on the 5% Occupancy Tax in your payment. If you pay us directly with a personal check, I will add the 5% Occupancy Tax on to your rental rate.
** PLEASE NOTE** DUE TO COVID 19 Protocols, Five Pines does not provide linens for guest use. Guests will need to provide all bedding, blankets/sleeping bags, pillows, etc. Also, guests are to provide all bath towels for their stay.
