Positive: Location, views, pool, size of apartment

Negative: Range hood was broken, balcony floor was dirty, pool was advertised as heated but was cold, and kitchen was not sufficiently equipped with cooking equipment. Cupboards also smelled like mildew. A lot of noisy walking from apartment above.

Positive: Clean spacious unit. Gum Tree outside bedroom with the light at night was pretty.

Negative: A glimpse of water view. The Pool smaller than it looked in advertising. Check in was not warm and welcoming, received text message about check in 5 minutes before check in time with instructions and video. Get to venue, put in code into safe and didn’t work, texted the number then called - no answer (as per instructions). A man appears and I asked, ‘well I haven’t put the keys in the safe because I’m Here’, hands me keys and points to the room. The instructions via a QR code in room, open it and have a list of rules with basically fines, for not putting out rubbish, if AC isn’t turned off when checking out $30, no towels used around pool - $5 for extra towels etc. Then we receive a text message waking us up at 7am, a reminder about putting out our rubbish and turning off AC, shutting windows etc.

Positive: Lovely views. Lots of bird life. Near sand blow car park.

Negative: Weird room set up. No door between bedroom, robe and toilet. Only 1 towel rail.
