Summary: Andy is the consummate host. He was beyond accommodating and gracious. The house is set-up perfectly for a family. It is so comfortable. The views are stunning. We hosted thanksgiving there and despite our family having suffered a recent tragedy, it was a great holiday. I did not expect our stay to feel like a vacation but it did. This place is magical.

Summary: The views from the house and yard are great and the outdoor fire pit is very nice. Interior of the house is spacious and is well stocked. The water pressure in the shower is very low and the 2nd bathroom is more of a tub than a shower (but has a wand/hose so you can use it like a shower). Despite that, would be happy to stay again for all the positives!

Summary: We stayed at this property at the end of September. As always, the place was very clean and welcoming, and Andy was very responsive. Even though he was traveling, he responded right away, and the minor issue we had was handled immediately. The customer service is exceptional.

Summary: This is the second time we've rented this property and loved it as much as we did previously. The house is great for a getaway weekend and Andrew is great to work with. We will likely be back in the future.

Summary: My wife, young son, and I had a great second stay at the Rainmaker Ranch! The Rainmaker is a great place for a relaxing getaway. The pool, the views, and all of the other amenities make this one of our favorites! Andy is also a great host and easy to work with! Our son loved sitting by the fire in the evenings watching the sheep graze in the nearby fields. We look forward to another stay at the Rainmaker in the near future!

Summary: We enjoyed the stay at the house! The view was great, the saltwater pool was perfect for the kids, and we were glad to be able to bring our dog with us. The house common areas were large and open and made a nice getaway for our family!

Summary: We loved our stay the first time so much that we booked in December 2021 for our July 2022 stay! It was a much needed getaway, enjoyed all the amenities of the house and Culpeper. Andy was very responsive to our questions/messages and this is a property that I highly recommend to everyone - the ranch is SO nice that it is so worth it!
