Summary: The view is stunning, unfortunately the property is not well maintained. Deck has significant dry rot, additionally a lot of dry rot on the home itself. Home needs to be upgraded and the rodent infestation addressed. The owners and everyone we dealt with was wonderful, hated saying the negative things since I did like them so much and hope they take my words to heart and put money back into that property as it is a million dollar view.

Summary: Beautiful location. Sunrise over the lake was amazing. We had a wonderful time. The staff at rainy lake houseboats' were excellent. Response to calls for help took minutes. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Summary: We had a group of 9 ranging from 2 to 62 everyone had a great time, found the house accommodating and spacious. We do wish the hot tub would have been operable, it was empty upon arrival and looked in need of repairs

Summary: I liked the size of the house and we enjoyed the deck looking out over the lake and seeing the sunrise and the sunset. We appreciated having a full kitchen to our disposal along with the washer and dryer. However, the condition of the house needs work. There are holes in a couple of the walls and a couple of us refused to go into the hot tub because the deck it is sitting on is sagging. The washing machine doesn't work well and when the wash cycle is complete, you need to put it on the spin cycle again. We did catch 5 mice, but, we're from the country and we know that mice come inside when it gets cold outside. Besides that, it is a great get-away and we enjoyed our stay. We do want to thank you for renting us your property for a great week away from the rat-race we call work!
