Positive: Great inn, with an excellent staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable rooms. The hotel was kept very clean. I particularly like the fourth floor common room with a great view of the city and a kitchen - great for leftovers and cooking for yourself!

Negative: The room we stayed in was slightly small for two people, but we did love the built ins for storing bags!

Positive: Really nice staff, reception opened 24/7, good WiFi, hot water and big bathroom, cleaning is done everyday, located very close to main center, accepted to keep my luggage in a safe locker while I was on trek. I stayed 2 times and the first time I had room 301 which was fully furnished and really nice to stay in.

Negative: Second time I stayed in room 102 which is more or less in a basement or feel like :( no room or hanger to put clothes on, no light, no real window, very “old” and walls needed cleaning…didn’t feel comfortable in this room. And very much contrasting with the first room I had ! Anyway, it was an overall good stay there

Positive: The staff are fabulous. Junior is always smiling, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and good value for money. The location is great a short walk to the centre but in a quiet location.

Negative: Difficult to take a shower without getting the floor wet.

Positive: Great location on a quiet street but only 5-10 minute walk to the main square. The best thing about Rajutuna though is the staff. Junior (who seems to always be there) is wonderful. He is always cheerful and smiling and happy to help with anything.

Negative: Bathroom tiles are a bit slippery especially if wet.

Positive: My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The hosts went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere. They were incredibly accommodating, assisting with trip organization seamlessly, even on short notice. I was especially grateful when the host showed such care when I wasn't feeling well, making me tea and consistently checking in – it was a gesture I deeply appreciated. While it was a shared room, I ended up having it to myself for six nights, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was very spacious with a lovely balcony, offering plenty of room for my belongings and easy organization. I also appreciated the daily cleaning and consistent organization of the hotel.

Negative: To make the stay even more perfect, I'd suggest adding a few hooks in the bathroom or a small chair to place items during a shower. Additionally, it might be beneficial to refresh the kitchen utensils, as some seemed a bit worn. Beyond these small areas, my entire experience was fantastic.
