Positive: Rak is located in a great spot that's easily accessible for places to eat and shop at, including a 24-hour convenience store for those urgent store runs, coupled with a bike the host provided for us to use, the experience was overall extremely pleasant. The style of the inn also made it feel more homey and authentic. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and responsive, frequently checking in to ensure we were enjoying our time in Osaka. They even provided thoughtful welcome gifts for us to take home, allowing us to bring a piece of Osaka back with us!

Negative: The inn was smaller than expected, but that's typical of many things in Japan, like their houses and cars. However, once we settled in and got comfortable, the space was sufficient for my family of six. The stairs are steep and narrow, but the rubber grips on the edges provided enough support to make it a bit easier for us to stay steady, especially when going down—so be aware and be careful!
