Summary: The hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice. The pool area was good. The hotel is showing its age though, so the room was pricey for what it was.

Summary: Our first room had an exterior door that did not seal, snow and wind blew into our room all night. Staff did move us to another room the next day however could not provide another discount or compensation. The extra bedding for the pull out sofa was inadequate and the blankets were old and rough. The pool was very dirty and poorly maintained. We were eventually refunded our money.

Summary: Very comfortable clean hotel. Both hotel management and expedia personnel let us leave a day early as my wife did not feel well so we needed to get home early. Would recommend this hotel to others

Summary: Our stay was amazing - the pool was great. Only problem was the water slide. It had a build up of ice inside the part that goes outside and it cut everyone’s backs up.
